The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has fined IndiGo Airlines ₹20 lakh for failing to use qualified simulators for pilot training. The order was issued on September 26. This action adds to the regulatory troubles IndiGo has faced, including a ₹30 lakh fine in 2023 after four tail strike incidents involving its aircraft.
