Pakistani Pilgrims To Attend 813th Urs In Ajmer; PM Modi To Offer Chadar

On January 4, 264 Pakistani pilgrims will cross the Attari Border to attend the 813th Urs of Khwaja Moinuddin Hasan Chishti in Ajmer, scheduled for January 6. They will offer a chadar on behalf of Pakistan’s government. Prime Minister Modi will also send a chadar via Union Minister Kiren Rijiju, praying for peace and unity. The event comes amid controversy over a Shiva temple claim.
