Telangana CEO Sudarshan Reddy welcomed a Mexican delegation at the India International Conference on Democracy and Election Management in New Delhi. Officials included Marisa Cabral Porchas and Norma De la Cruz Magana. The 3-day conference, from Jan 21–23, features 36 working groups, scholars from IITs, IIMs, law universities, and others.
