Sriram Sagar Opens 37 Floodgates & Unleashes 1.50 L Cusecs

11 additional floodgates at the Sriram Sagar dam were opened today, raising the total count to 37 and releasing 150,000 cusecs of water into the Godavari River. About 140,000 cusecs flowed into the reservoir, while 159,790 cusecs are being discharged downstream, exceeding the inflow and indicating a strong outflow.
