Flight Fare Caps On Domestic Routes Ending March 23

The Ministry of Civil Aviation will withdraw temporary domestic airfare caps from March 23, ending the price-control regime introduced in December 2025 to manage IndiGo flight disruptions. Airlines can now set fares based on market demand but must ensure transparency and reasonableness. The Ministry will monitor trends and may reimpose controls if needed.
