French actress and singer Brigitte Bardot has died at the age of 91, her foundation confirmed. She became a global star in the 1950s, best known for ‘And God Created Woman’. Bardot retired from films in the 1970s and devoted her life to animal welfare, founding the Brigitte Bardot Foundation. She is survived by her son.
