Moderate to heavy rains are lashing Telangana due to a depression over the Bay of Bengal. Heavy rainfall is expected in some areas today and tomorrow, accompanied by strong gusty winds of 40-50 kmph, thunder, and lightning. Vikarabad district recorded the highest rainfall of 15.1 cm yesterday, prompting alerts across affected regions.
