Odisha police confirmed that procedures are underway to repatriate 78 Bangladeshi fishermen caught by the Indian Coast Guard for fishing in Indian waters. Deputy SP Santosh Kumar Jena stated that the fishermen, apprehended on Dec 10, were verified and brought to Paradip Police Station. They are now set to return to Bangladesh after formalities.
