Typhoon Chido Hits French Island Of Mayotte, 14 Died

Typhoon Chido has struck the French island of Mayotte. The French Ministry reported that 14 people have died and 246 others have been injured due to the storm. The death toll is expected to rise further, as winds are blowing at speeds of up to 220 km per hour. Officials predict that this will be the worst hurricane to hit Mayotte in 90 years.
