President Zelenskiy said Ukraine is ready to work “honestly” with Washington on a plan to end the war, following meetings with US Army Secretary Daniel Driscoll. The draft plan reportedly requires concessions to Russia, including Donbas and Crimea. European allies, however, warned that peace must not mean capitulation for Kyiv.
