Supreme Court Rejects Petition Banning Use Of ‘Babar’ Name

The Supreme Court dismissed a petition seeking to ban the construction or naming of religious structures using the name Babar. The petition followed TMC MLA comments in West Bengal about building a replica of the Babri Masjid.
