Suspect In BSP Leader K Armstrong Murder Case Killed In Encounter

Thiruvengadam was initially apprehended, but as he attempted to flee, he was shot dead, according to police. Police reported that the murderer was murdered near Madhavaram.
Apart from Thiruvengadam, there are ten additional suspects in the case. All of them had been in police custody for the past five days and were being interviewed.
On Sunday, Thiruvengadam was taken to a location near Madhavaram to assist in identifying and recovering the weapons used to kill Armstrong. The man attacked the cops and attempted to flee. The police opened fire on him.
Thiruvengadam was injured and transferred to Stanley Hospital, where physicians proclaimed him dead. Eight others, identified as Ponnai Balu, Ramu, Thiruvengadam, Thirumalai, Selvaraj, Manivannan, Santhosh, and Arul, are currently in police custody.
All of them were apprehended within hours of Armstrong’s murder. On July 7, three others were arrested: Gokul, Vijay, and Sivasankar. According to preliminary investigations, a man named Balu planned Armstrong’s murder.
