This week, the film made headlines due to the unauthorized leak of an action scene featuring Nagarjuna. The leaked footage, which surfaced online, has caused a stir and drawn criticism from the film’s director. Lokesh Kanagaraj took to X (formerly Twitter) to address the issue, expressing frustration over the leaked material. He posted, “Two months of hard work by many people have gone in vain because of one recording. I humbly request everyone not to engage in such practices, as they spoil the overall experience. Thank you.” The leaked video includes Nagarjuna performing a dramatic action sequence while dressed in a white suit. Another clip shows him involved in a high-stakes scene where he threatens a man with a hammer. Additionally, there is an audio recording of a crew member providing Tamil dialogues to Nagarjuna. The unauthorized release has sparked concern about how such leaks can impact the final product and the overall cinematic experience for audiences.
“Coolie” features Rajinikanth in a lead role, and his first character poster was unveiled on September 2. Lokesh Kanagaraj shared the poster on X, expressing his excitement: “Superstar Rajinikanth sir as #Deva in #Coolie. Thank you so much for this Rajinikanth sir.
