The Redmi A3 smartphone will go on sale in India on February 14, 2024, Valentine’s Day. The Chinese smartphone maker ‘Xiomi’ has revealed that the Redmi A3 packs up to 6 GB of RAM technology for smoother multitasking and app handling.
In a piece of great news for budget phone seekers, the Redmi A3 will feature a smooth 90 Hz refresh rate display, a long-lasting 5,000mAh battery backup, and a price tag likely under Rs 10,000.
The Redmi A3 will feature a MediaTek processor, 6 GB of RAM, and 64 GB of storage. There includes an 8 MP front-facing sensor for video calls and selfies, in addition to a 13 MP primary sensor for photography purposes. However, the charging is likely to be limited to 10 W, and it is usually standard for budget phones.
It is known that the A2 and A2 Plus smartphones were launched in May 2023. However, the A2 comes with 2GB or 3GB of RAM, while the A2 Plus offers 4GB of RAM for smoother multitasking. Furthermore, the A2 Plus features a dedicated microSD card slot for additional capacity.
