Indonesia Bans Sale Of Google Pixel Phones Over Compliance Issues

Indonesia has made a decision ON the sale of Google Pixel phones, banning their sale in the country. It follows closely on the heels of a similar ban on the use of the iPhone 16. Reports indicate that Google did not meet the requirement for 40% of smartphones sold in Indonesia to contain local components. However, Google asserts that Pixel phones are not officially distributed in Indonesia
