New rules for banking and Aadhaar registration will come into effect from November 1. The Central govt will allow Aadhaar updates via mobile for a fee of Rs. 75. Account holders can now nominate up to four individuals for bank accounts, lockers, and safe custody, enhancing security in managing financial assets.
