A new study published in *Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis, and Vascular Biology* indicates that individuals diagnosed with severe Covid-19 may face twice the risk of heart attacks and strokes, potentially lasting up to three years. Hospitalized patients have a fourfold increased risk. The study highlights that blood types A, B, and AB are more susceptible to complications, while type O shows lower risk.
