WhatsApp To Let Users Control Who Can Reshare Their Status

WhatsApp is testing a new feature allowing users to control who can reshare their status updates. Found in beta version 2.25.27.5, the feature remains off by default. Users can manually enable it and select specific contacts for viewing and resharing. Reshared statuses will be labeled, and original posters will receive a notification when it happens.
