Heavy Floods In Morocco Kill 37, Submerge Safi City

Heavy rains and flash floods in Safi, Morocco, have died 37 people, submerged 70 homes and businesses, and washed away 10 vehicles. Authorities declared a 3-day school holiday in response. Flooding and damage were also reported in other regions, including Totowan and Tingier, as emergency teams work to rescue locals and assess the damage.
