Elon Musk’s X Fights Bid To Reclaim Twitter

Elon Musk’s X Corp sued startup Operation Bluebird in Delaware, saying Twitter trademarks remain active despite the platform’s 2023 rebrand to X. Bluebird asked the USPTO to cancel the marks and is planning a rival service called ‘Twitter.new.’ Founder Michael Peroff said the move follows trademark law, while X denies the alleged infringement.
