India Moves To Buy Five S-400 Units From Russia

India plans to buy five more S-400 Sudarshan air defence squadrons from Russia. The proposal will soon go to the Defence Ministry for approval. Officials said the systems performed well during Operation Sindoor against Pakistan. Three S-400 units are already active. India is also developing its own long-range air defence system under Project Kusha.
