ISRO Successfully Launches ESA’s Proba-3 Sun Observation Mission

Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) successfully launched the European Space Agency’s (ESA) Proba-3 Sun observation mission atop the PSLV-C59 rocket on Thursday. The mission lifted off from the First Launch Pad at Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota. ISRO announced the success on X, marking the start of a global mission led by NSIL with ISRO’s technical expertise.
