Thane’s Shahapur Planetarium To Open On April 5

Shahapur in Thane will inaugurate its first private planetarium, “Space Astrotainment” or “Shahapur Astro-Physics Observatory (SAPO),” on April 5 at 5 PM. Spread over 3.5 acres, it features a 56-seat hall, multi-language shows, a retractable roof, and four advanced telescopes. Founders Nilesh and Girish Thakur aim to offer premier stargazing in the MMR.
