Border-Gavaskar Trophy: Rohit Sharma To Miss 1st Test

The Border-Gavaskar Trophy series is set to begin on Nov 22 in Perth, with Australia taking on India. However, Indian captain Rohit Sharma will remain in India for the birth of his second child. Rohit has reportedly informed the BCCI and the selection committee about his unavailability for the first Test. In his absence, vice-captain Jasprit Bumrah will lead the team in the Perth Test.
