Uttarakhand Launches Dehradun-Almora Helicopter Service To Enhance Tourism

Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami launched a new helicopter service between Dehradun and Almora, aimed at improving accessibility to remote regions. The initiative includes a new passenger terminal at Sahastradhara helipad and plans for future routes to Yamunotri, Gauchar, and Joshiyada. This service is expected to boost tourism, local economy, and facilitate the transport of rural products.
