Telangana Minister of Prohibition and Excise Jupally Krishna Rao has delivered encouraging news to farmers who have not received a farm loan waiver. He emphasized that an additional 4 lakh farmers will benefit from the loan waiver after the Diwali festival. However, he noted that there will be a delay in land implementation due to land clearance issues related to farmer assurances.
