Telangana’s government has launched a social, economic, and caste survey for Backward Classes (BC), receiving praise from BC leaders. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy announced the initiative, aimed for completion within 60 days. Elections will follow the survey, and a ‘One-Man Commission’ will address the sub-categorization of Scheduled Castes in line with a Supreme Court ruling.
