Polling for the Maharashtra Assembly elections will be held in a single phase on November 20. The Election Commission has published the final list of voters, which includes a total of 9.7 crore voters—4 crore male and 4.7 crore female. This means there are more women voters than men. Additionally, EC officials announced that 6.55 lakh new voters have been registered in the state.
