Former TG Minister Harish Rao has criticized the Congress govt for failing to establish the Rythubandhu scheme for two seasons. He pointed out that paddy fields remain waterlogged due to untimely rains, resulting in the opening of buying centers with no buyers for rice. Rao noted that of the 9 lakh metric tons of grain produced in Siddipet district, only 800 metric tons have been purchased.
