NCLT Adjourns Hearing On YS Jagan’s Petition Over Unauthorised Share Transfer

A hearing was conducted on the petition filed by former CM YS Jagan in the National Company Law Tribunal. Last month, the YSRCP supremo filed a petition claiming that the shares of his mother and sister were transferred without his knowledge. Vijayamma, Sharmila, and Janardhan Reddy have been named as defendants in the case. The NCLT adjourned the hearing to the 13th of next month.
