SC Gives Relief To AAP MLA Durgesh Pathak In A Plea Against His Victory

Supreme Court issued a notice on a plea filed by AAP leader Durgesh Pathak. He sought quashing of an election petition that challenged his victory in 2022 Delhi Assembly bypoll. Providing relief to the MLA, the court also, in the interim, stayed further proceedings in the election petition filed against Pathak and issued the notice to petitioner Rajan Tewari.
