Over 59% Of Bihar’s Unrecognised Parties Fail To Disclose Finances

More than half of Bihar’s 184 unrecognised political parties did not publicly disclose 2023-24 financials, ADR reports. Only 67 parties revealed audits and donations. Combined donations of 14 parties reached Rs 682.28 crore, while many others remained unreported. The report highlights transparency gaps and EC’s recent de-listing of 32 non-compliant parties.
