The Delhi High Court has transferred a petition seeking the cancellation of Rahul Gandhi’s Indian citizenship from Allahabad HC. BJP leader Subramanian Swamy argues that Gandhi held British citizenship through a company he was associated with. The court directed the Home Ministry to clarify the matter by December 6, after a 2019 letter requesting clarification remained unanswered.
