The CM, who has been residing at Lingamaneni Guest House on Karakatta Road in Undavalli for the past 10 years, had previously stated that he would build his own house after the completion of Amaravati’s construction. Recently, he purchased a house in the Velagapudi area of the capital, with farmers already compensated for the land.
