Delhi HC Seeks ED’s Response On Sisodia’s Plea in Excise Policy Case

The Delhi High Court has asked the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to respond to Manish Sisodia’s plea challenging the trial court’s order on the chargesheet in the excise policy money-laundering case. Sisodia argues that the chargesheet was filed without the necessary prosecution sanction for him and former CM Arvind Kejriwal. The court will hear the case again on December 20.
