PM Modi Announces Relief Package For Uttarakhand

PM Modi today visited rain-hit Uttarakhand and announced ₹1,200 cr for relief and rehabilitation. Families of the deceased will receive ₹2 l, injured, ₹50,000. Damaged homes will be rebuilt under PMAY. Modi praised rescue teams and met victims. Support for orphans will be extended via PM CARES. Infrastructure restoration efforts are also underway.
