Senior Congress leader Chidambaram criticized Air India for a delay in the Delhi-Chennai flight he was on, accusing the airline’s new private management of incompetence. In a post on X, he lamented, “There has been practically no improvement since the management changed hands from the govt to the private sector.” He also noted that boarding for flight AI 540 started 10 min after the scheduled departure time.
