DK Shivakumar Rejects ‘One Nation One Election’, Criticizes BJP

Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar rejected the ‘One Nation One Election’ (ONOE) proposal, calling it an attempt by the BJP to weaken smaller regional parties that support the INDIA bloc. Speaking to the media, he stated that the BJP’s push for ONOE aims to undermine parties like TMC, DMK, SP, and Communists, which bolster the bloc’s strength.
