Karnataka HC Rejects Yediyurappa’s Plea To Quash POCSO Case

In a major setback, the Karnataka High Court refused to quash the POCSO case against former CM BS Yediyurappa, accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl in February 2024. The court upheld the trial proceedings while directing that his personal appearance be required only when necessary.
