China Seizes 60,000 Maps Over Taiwan & South Sea

Chinese customs in Shandong seized 60,000 export-bound maps for mislabeling Taiwan and omitting key South China Sea islands, including the nine-dash line Beijing uses to assert sovereignty. The maps also lacked the maritime boundary with Japan. Authorities said these errors endanger China’s national unity, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.
