Mayawati Expels Key Leader Due To Marriage With SP Leader’s Daughter

BSP chief Mayawati expelled senior party leader Surendra Sagar. This comes after he arranged his son’s marriage to the daughter of Samajwadi Party (SP) MLA Tribhuvan Dutt. Sagar is a prominent BSP leader in Bareilly division. He served as Rampur’s district president five times and held the status of a cabinet minister. His family’s connection with an SP leader led to his ouster.
