Delhi HC Stays Proceedings In Aircel Maxis Case Against P Chidambaram

Delhi High Court on Wednesday stayed proceedings against Senior Congress Leader P Chidambaram in the Aircel Maxis money laundering case. The court sought a response from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) regarding Chidambaram’s plea challenging the trial court’s decision to take cognizance of the ED’s chargesheet. The matter will be heard again in January 2025.
