A mild earthquake measuring 3.7 on the Richter scale shook parts of Anakapalle district in Andhra Pradesh around midnight, with tremors felt briefly in the Rambilli region. The sudden ground movement caused panic as residents rushed out of their homes. Due to low intensity, no casualties or property damage were reported, and normal conditions were restored.
