Supreme Court Postpones Hearing On Naidu Bail Cancellation

Supreme Court has postponed the hearing on a petition seeking the cancellation of bail granted to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu in the Skill Development case. Andhra Pradesh CID had challenged the bail decision, and senior counsel Mukul Rohatgi, representing the govt, requested an extension until January. Court adjourned the hearing to the second week of January.
