Arvind Kejriwal, the AAP national convenor, vowed to waive inflated water and electricity bills if re-elected in the upcoming Delhi assembly elections. Speaking at an event for Vishwakarma Day, he criticized past governance during his imprisonment and assured citizens that their bills would be addressed once AAP returns to power in February.
