On the occasion of the Indian Constitution, PM Modi has addressed the people of India and urged all citizens to fulfill their constitutional duties. He emphasized that these are the foundations for a strong democracy. Modi also stressed the right to vote and suggested schools and colleges celebrate Constitution Day by honoring the first-time voters.
