Madhya Pradesh will soon introduce SUMAN SAKHI, an AI-driven WhatsApp chatbot providing 24/7 Hindi support on maternal and reproductive health, pregnancy care, high‑risk factors, and govt schemes. Developed by NHM and MPSeDC, it aims to bridge the information gap for urban and rural women. Initially focused on maternal services.
