Today, April 22nd, marks the first anniversary of the terrorist attack in Baisaran Valley, Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. A memorial on the banks of the Lidder River now carries the names of 26 victims, including 25 Indians and one Nepali citizen. The victims were killed in firing by terrorists in military uniform. Across the country, people are paying tributes.
