Naveen Patnaik Calls For Inclusion Of ‘Socialist’ & ‘Secular’ In Constitution Preamble

Leader of Opposition in Odisha Assembly, Naveen Patnaik, on Wednesday stated that the words ‘socialist’ and ‘secular’ should be included in the Preamble of the Indian Constitution. His remark came a day after the Odisha Assembly was adjourned twice due to uproar over the omission of these words from a replica of the Constitution displayed near the House entrance.
