ED Gets Delhi LG’s Nod To Prosecute Arvind Kejriwal

ED obtained from Delhi Lt Governor VK Saxena’s approval to prosecute Delhi former Chief Minister and AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal in the liquor policy case. This comes weeks ahead of the crucial Delhi Assembly elections. AAP is aiming to secure a fourth term in the face of an upbeat BJP in Delhi. ED sought LG’s approval to prosecute Kejriwal on December 5.
